4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to you. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to update in the system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes Tao Vessel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier or shipping provider. Tao Vessel is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package or opening a carrier inquiry when possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Tao Vessel is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
